Larimer Health Connect was extremely helpful when I needed help to get the right insurance after switching from working full time to being in school. I was so lost after so many phone calls elsewhere and Roy, my health coverage guide, wad absolutely amazing. He was able to help me from my very first phone call, genuinely listened to every detail of my situation, was super responsive, and did everything in his power to make sure I was all set by the end of the process. Thank you Larimer Health Connect!
Wonderful people, super helpful. Only complaint is the phone, you can't call to reach anyone if you have a question. It just goes to a voicemail, and no one returns the call. Very frustrating to have to drive up from Loveland, find & pay to park in the structure, get there for a question. Fix the phones, at least let me dial the extension of the case worker. It goes straight to voicemail for the English Speaking Coordinator. Probably also a nice person, but return the call please. Thank you.
