I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Rachel , she was friendly and very informative about the program and even emailed all the details I would need to start the process! They answered the phone for me 🤷🏽♀️ and resolved my issue professionally!!
The service here is horrible! They never answer the phone and they do not call you for your scheduled appointment on the time you scheduled it for.
Waterbury sucks & so is the people here. They never answer the phone EVER. They need new staff you can tell they don’t care.
