Friendly staff and such a good experience
Damaris was so friendly and helpful. It means so much to have this help with free vaccinations for immigration. We truly do appreciate it.
My call was answered by a grumpy woman; this is the “health” dept.
I got vaccinated here for my immigration process and the service was very good.
It's quite curious to me why there are so many 1 star reviews, my experience was excellent, every time I called they answered, they had availability and everything was straight to the point, I actually just went to Bastrop specifically because the Austin and metro area was giving me a very hard time while this department was great.
