I was told my baby’s specialty formula would be covered for the rest of the year (until his first birthday). Come to find out, that wasn’t true! And, not only did they strip away the benefits for my baby; they also took it away for my toddler. While I was trying to find a pen and paper to write down their cryptic code website address for booking appointments I was told that they probably didn’t have any available today and as I said, “that’s fine I’m just grabbing a pen and—“ the lady on the phone hung up. I’m genuinely offended by how overwhelmingly rude the staff has always been when I call. Thank God this city has more (better, kinder) facilities to help people.
