I filed two separate complaints with the Department of Health regarding the neglect and unsafe conditions at Abbeyville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster County. While both complaints were “investigated,” nothing was ever resolved. I don’t understand how it can be considered acceptable or “safe” for a licensed facility to have mice and visible mice droppings where residents live and eat.
