Probably the worst, I've been trying to call this place because my sons school social worker recommended me to make an appointment to get him another eye exam and is in very much need of glasses. I've been calling for 2 weeks straight and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. It rings for a straight 8 min then hangs up. I dont even have the option to leave a voicemail so they can call back smh very unprofessional, and no help what so ever
Since I have health insurance (Medicare & part b), this clinic is out of network, and I was asked to pay out of my own pocket for a vaccine. Two blocks down the road CVS was able to help me and charge directly my providers
My friend and I had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room just to receive a test. They also messed up my friends blood samples so she had to go back and redo it and had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room.
