They make the lives of providers so difficult they quit. It amazes me haw many excuses the state can come up with to not pay providers. This is the main reason there is such a shortage of providers.
Emailed this spring to the Vital Statistic services about more info for my birth/ birth time because I am doing research for my astrology and ancestry. Was told via email to request a birth certificate and pay $25 to receive that information. Took me a while to finally request it, but when it came in the mail it did not have the information I requested both via email and on the form I had to fill out.
