Horrible attitudes and incompetence
They do not respect their word as well as not doing their part of the job. I got my appointment days in advanced and got a call the day before to "confirm it". When I showed up to receive my vaccine, after being there for a while filling out the information, and the required paperwork, the nurse simply said, "we do not have it and we do not know when we are getting the refill", and just gave me two options where are going to cost me a good amount of money in order to get them.
