The pediatric Dr. Is so fast checking your baby, barely speaks about what's going on. I do not recommend. The dentist answering service is just horrible the worse I have ever experienced. No manners its like they don't want to work, just aweful.
Why would anyone go to an everyday general practitioner when they need a specialist? The Cancer Center is in Panama City, and Dr., Frank Kun Liu is on Jenks Ave. in Panama City. Didn't you do your research on disease and what kind of Doctor does what? Dr. Liu treated my husband and was available 24/7 by his personal cell phone. He and his staff are sympathetic, kind, considerate and very comforting. He was there to the end. He called me to let me know when I signed the Do Not Resuscitate Order that I had done the right thing... read more
Worst practice ever!. They will not pre-authorize a Rx that their practice wrote! Now they say they don't do pre-authorizations even if there is not an alternative. I'll find a new Practice and take my family with me. Good bye!
THE STAFF IS NOT KIND. THEY MAKE THE PATIENT DO ALL THE WORK~ IN MY EXPERIENCE AS A FORMER PATIENT, THEY REALLY DONT HAVE IT ALL TOGETHER. MY MOM IS AN OLDER WOMAN AND IS A PATIENT GOING THROUGH RADIATION TREATMENTS FOR CANCER AND IF IT WASNT FOR ME MAKING CALLS AND DOING THE OFFICE STAFF JOB...SHE WOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE. THEY DO NOT SYMPATHIZE OR EVEN HAVE COMPASSION FOR ANY OF THEIR PATIENTS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!! AND THEY OVER MEDICATE THEIR PATIENTS AS WELL!!!
