No issues getting an appointment scheduled. Staff is very friendly and when I have questions I use the patient portal and most often get a response by end of day :)
After seeing a small OB office for 15 years that couldn't wait to get out of the room to their next patient, it was night and day coming here. They acted like I was the only patient in the clinic (and it was slammed). Every staff member I saw took their time in explaining things, and they welcomed me with open arms. I was very impressed, and I will continue to drive 1.5 hours just to see them.
Have been seeing Dr Merrill’s for several years and am very happy with the care and service he and his staff provide. Very informative and always have time for any questions I have. The staff as well as him are very polite and welcoming.
