I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience with this organisation. My main concern has been the lack of communication and transparency when dealing with issues. There have been instances where I felt my concerns were not acknowledged or responded to appropriately. In particular, I was disappointed to discover a price increase that I was not aware of at the time I signed my agreement. Walked in as a casual, felt welcome by staff and fellow gym goers. Good equipment for a good workout. Reasonable casual pricing too
Great gym, the staff are friendly and very helpful
10/10. Absolutely love Health Culture! Corowa is very lucky to have such a great independently owned gym. The entire team are legends and are there to help! If you're keen to join a great group of people and improve your fitness I can definitely recommend HC!
