Where do I begin? Susan is such an awesome psychologist with an amazing wealth of knowledge of trauma and how your brain reacts to that. The education she imparts during your journey is both enlightening and comforting. Susan has such a warm down to earth nature and is so encouraging while showing so much empathy, it makes the sessions much easier all while feeling so validated. I was recommended by my GP to try EMDR therapy because I was so over talking about past traumatic experiences that years later were still affecting me. Susan practices EMDR and is the best psychologist I've ever had; she's down to earth, really listens and educates you along the way which is so empowering. I love the EMDR therapy because it has successfully re-framed past traumatic experiences without me having to exhaustively talk about it all over again.
