I completed a hands-on skills session here in order to obtain my BLS CPR certification, and it was a great experience! Craig was very responsive and helped me through all the steps on how to sign up for the course, what I needed to bring, the address, where to park, etc. Our instructor, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and encouraging to our class. I did my ACLS, PALS and BLS certification with RQI and it was the best! Craig is awesome! He scheduled me within two days of reaching out. The RQI system is great and it gives feedback to correct you and teach you to do it right and most importantly it’s fast. I highly recommend it!
Was able to schedule an ACLS class in short notice. I enjoyed the online modules and the skills test was very streamlined and offered helpful feedback about chest compression depth/rate. Their system was very efficient and the ACLS certification/card were emailed to me within minutes of completing the course! Very good experience overall!
Such a great experience with the RQI high fidelity mannequin platform! It’s an awesome, easy way to do your BLS renewal. Craig was very helpful and informative. Will be back for future renewals!
BLS & ACLS & PALS course, did online comprehensive learning & testing portions, then active skills assessment with the manakins at their facility, was a good refresher
