Very rude! Moved to Chicago from Berwyn 4 months ago. My dad has alzheimers and was going to casa central. I've been told to wait 2 to 4 weeks every week since then! When I've asked when I can expect him to get served here in the city or what else I can do to make sure he is taken care of during the day when I go to work I generally get told its not their problem and usually hung up on afterwards.
