We were reffered here for my son’s behavioral issues due to childhood trauma. The team has worked endlessly to make sure we are on top of scheduling appointments and attending his therapy regularly. They have become an integral part of my son’s care team and we have appreciated their desire to help our sweet boy shine!
This is probably the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. Several times they have lied about their "attempts" to reach out to us. They said they called , but they would never leave a voice mail. My phone magically didn't have any missed calls from them. They would ghost you on in home visits, and when they finally did come out. They would only come out for like 20 minutes of therapy sessions. I definitely recommend seeking professional help somewhere else.
