Horrible. They do not care. I'm in desperate need of help and they've been pushing me aside for over a month. They don't even listen at this place, they only judge.
The Peer Support Counselor (Heather), at the Byhalia, MS office, has issued a threat about filing an unfounded abuse claim for a client she initially refused to help.
Very nice professional staff and very welcoming atmosphere. Mrs Barbara Cox Therapist really takes her time and gives her undivided attention to your issues. Hannah Herndon Nurse Practitioner is the best also.
