Former employee here——— clients will go months with hearing nothing from anyone, or when clients call needing immediate assistance and request a call asap, management calls the wrong client and doesn’t seem to care that another client calls worried for the person management meant to leave a message for. The only thing management cares about is the Medicaid revenue…considering some clients are getting free day to day treatment I can understand if someone’s Medicaid policy doesn’t pay that month to offset that cost.
