Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional and discriminatory company. They , in no uncertain terms , have stated that my 90 yr old mother, who has never used a credit card in her life, must have a card on file with them or they will not provide her with her doctor prescribed medication. Stay away from Health Complex. If you have any issues, and need to talk to a representative, the wait is upwards of 45 minutes. Then you get transferred and wait an additional 45 minutes. If you leave a message it is not returned. A completely unprofessional organization. We arranged for them to pick up equipment and they never showed up. We after waiting 2 hours on the phone in an attempt to find out why they did not show up, they rescheduled. The issue was the reschedule date, was not confirmed.
