I wish the pool was longer, but I love the salt water and the pool classes
Susan Ahlers is a kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient personal trainer. I booked six sessions with her over three months. My goal was to build strength and flexibility and come up with a strength training workout that I could use on my own 3X a week. With Susan's expert guidance, I'm now stronger, more flexible, and devoted to a routine of strength training. Wish I could give 10 stars in this review! The Health Coaches gym is a hidden gem in Portland. The instructors and trainers are ALL fabulous and fun. They place a lot of effort into the variety of classes and the weekly routines so you and your muscles are constantly engaged. It is a great facility and the gym is usually not crowded at all. Having reserved times for swim lanes is luxurious too. You can also sign up for Personal Training. It is small but mighty!
