I scheduled three appointments at this office and each time I went there I was not welcomed and experienced hostility and zero assistance from the staff (front desk, medical staff, etc.). Scheduling appointments was a nightmare. The front desk staff are extremely incompetent, rude, lazy, disrespectful and not LGBTQIA friendly. I went to this place to do my physical exam; the doctor was great, but the customer service is horrible, almost a year after my appointment I’m still getting a bill from the lab that they used; I have spoken to every party involved and they sure told me that there was a mistake in the way the clinic billed the lab; by the way I was available to speak to the manager of this place; to the front desk; to everyone; and they told me someone was taking care of the issue.
