Since being a regular patient here, I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding service. Dr Farrokhi has always provided a professional, comfortable and extremely attentive service. She is very knowledgeable and displays great client care, taking the time to really understand what is going on with her patients and how to tailor treatment to meet their specific needs.
This was one of the worst Drs appointments I've ever had living on this Earth.. There was an opening which I took but had to wait because the Dr had to Pray for 20mins, which was fine with me. But then when I got called in, I discussed that I was feeling extremely low and burnt out and needed treatment, she was hostile and did not believe me.. We are local and this is our regular medical centre to go! No complaint so far. However, I got surprised that Dr. Narges refused to examine me, stating my flu test came positive and she's going to holiday next week! I'm not sure if it's normal or professional, but I mean, I thought it's a joke! Not even checking temp! And when I said I want to be sure if my ears are clear, the answer was: come back after 5 days if you have a secondary infection!!!!
Dr Narges Farrokhi is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend! Thank you for all your kind words.
