I am absolutely ridiculously upset with the service at this clinic. I used to love coming here when I was with Dr. Naghdi—she was an amazing doctor who truly cared about her patients. Unfortunately, after her retirement, I was transferred to Dr. Melissa Sandrasagra, and my experience has been nothing short of horrible. Dr. Melissa constantly cut me off and dismissed any concerns I had. Came here for blood work for my 9 year old daughter. My daughter has had her blood taken out numerous times and this was the only time it hurt and the technician Velma could not get her vein and proceeded to be rude to my daughter because she was crying from the pain. Velma also started saying "if your going to cry go somewhere else". Never in all my years have I experienced this. Very rude technician. Stay away. Other then that the receptionist are very friendly and helpful
The Caucasian receptionists are absolutely disrespectful and rude. They yell at you over the phone and give you attitude for no reason whatsoever. They love talking to each other over helping people who are in need to see the doctor. Completely stuck up attitude and only treat you with kindness if you have the same ethnicity as them. More than a handful of times ( through out the years especially recently), I can’t even get through to book an appointment with my family doctor or anything. Either they hang up on you or disconnect the phones, so it won’t even ring the front desk and if they know it’s your number and your persistent they will purposely try to block you. I don’t get an update or reminder about appointments made for dates that are months ahead due to overbooking. The front desk doesn’t want anything to do with people calling.
