Cant see a doctor despite complex medical needs, GPs have no recollection of patient issues and always have to repeat every time, prescriptions constantly wrong! I had the cheek to voice dissatisfaction of service provided just to be kicked of the list in breach of all regulations, so i have had to raise a complaint via SPPG... Avoid at all costs as you wont get past the constantly changing reception team and excuses about changing systems!
Excellent service all the staff go the extra mile to make sure you are well looked after. In these times that has to be a fantastic achievement 👏
Best GP practice
the staff are definitely worthy of 5* and I personally feel the receptionists and dr Anderson deserve an extra mention thank you for your care and support over the years
