Dr Mestre is fantastic. he takes his time with patients and seems to care about your needs. the issue is that he has a lot of patients. thus during lunch hours especially, expect to wait long hours to see him. On more than one occasion, had to wait longer than 1.5 hours in main lobby to get to back room. The front office staff needs customer service training. the staff neither greets you or displays a friendly attitude. it almost comes across as if they dont enjoy working there. I have been a patient at Health Central Surgery Center on several occasions. The entire staff at the Surgery Center are professional, warm and caring from the front desk all the way through the surgical experience. I can not commend their efforts enough. A truly comforting and nurturing experience. Please keep up the good work and the high standards! From a nervous patient, your warm caring attitude and compassion for patients is commendable!
