I switched to Health Center Pharmacy from CVS and found my prescriptions are filled right away and I am alerted to this in record time. I recently had a issue with insurance not covering a medication and it was taken care of immediately with a friendly voice. Thank you Sophie !
A very small new pharmacy. With Pierce and Calvin on staff from rite aid when they closed July 20th of 2025 as far as knowledgeable and experienced staff who are going to care about the profile they're looking at and any interactions or suggestions or getting prior authorizations etcetera. I do not like this pharmacy absolutely terrible once I get my monthly meds I'm going somewhere else..they need better people do the pharmacy..stop lying to the people
Welcoming & accommodating people working here. Not too much OTC at the moment, but there’s a sign saying you can make requests. Much preferred to a chain store, and very clean & tidy. When there was a slight error with my meds, they were understanding, and able to correct it and give me new ones while I waited briefly in the lobby.
Well where should I start I switched to this pharmacy when my regular pharmacy closed and thinking I use the doctors office that is connected u wouldn't have any issues wrong the staff is rude they messed up on my meds 3 times that was the last time was told my scripts were transferred properly and especially when most come from cso I wasn't trying to have a issue the lady says oh no everything transferred over I even read all my meds she says yea there here nope went to call refills in they didn't have any smh and top it of... read more
