My wife had an appointment with this awful office this morning. She’s an overnight nurse. She waited over an hour and when she left, they were bringing someone else back besides her. My wife waited over an hour and only left because she was falling asleep and could not wait any longer. Don’t even send me a bill for a “missed appointment.” Don't you DARE. I just finished all of my PT sessions with Bill and have nothing but positive things to say! He is extremely knowledgeable and puts a lot of thought into each visit with sincere intention of improvement. Would totally recommend him and this whole facility to anyone in need of physical therapy!
Brand new facility. Staff is so happy to be there and eager to serve you. Really pleasant experience with Echo test in the cardiology building.
