I normally don't have issues at this facility but... Today I had an appointment for 9 am. I was there around 8:40 am. Checked in and sat there until 9:30. Never called to the back. I don't think these doctors or PAs realize we a patients have other appointments and thing to do as well. I had to be somewhere by 10:30 this morning. Knowing this i rescheduled my appointment for Friday at 7:20 am. Let's see if I sit there for 50 minutes+ again
When I have questions, Janae M O'Connell, CRNP, answers them politely. She is the best provider who makes me feel relaxed. Highly recommended.
I came in 10 minutes before scheduled time. Almost 1 hour wait to see the doctor.
Always amazing, I've been a patient for many years now & have always been very satisfied.
This office has the best doctors and nurses in the area. I've been living in East Stroudsburg for 26 years and had my son at Pocono Medical. I don't understand the bad reviews.
