Been going here for years for gyno, pcp, & blood work. Always helpful & work with you. Low wait times for lab work & super helpful when it comes to billing. I’ve had a few issues with PCP doctors & prob wouldn’t recommend, BUT I cannot express enough gratitude, love, and appreciation for the gynecology department!!
Great health center! Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. I had an appointment at 9:30 and I was taken back at 9:25. I was in and out in a very timely manner and the technician was very sweet.
Gina (front desk) is the worse. Very rude, ego trip, doesn't listen. I was put on hold for almost 10mins. Left me a nasty voice mail because you know, she the type that needs to take out her personal feeling on you (even when you told her you're have a mental break, your medication isnt working, and your doctor is out of town). My partner called for me, got a gentleman whose help us in 2 mins and 43 seconds. She's a waste of money and I hope she goes through what she made me go through but worse.
ive been coming here 11 years now and you still don't care enough to improve the wait times for bloodwork
