So I had my Obgyn appt which was great, however they sent me to lab down stairs because my pregnancy test was light faded compared to before making me believe I was having another miscarriage my dr ordered on repeat hcg and progesterone testing. When they checked me in the lady was confused asking what to test and I explained she needed to test prog and hcg like ordered and that I’m a patient so she shouldn’t expect me to know she should just do what dr ordered. Visited the Health Center to have blood drawn for lab work. As a perpetual "hard stick", I don't look forward to these occasions. BRENDA however stuck the vein on the first try with a minimum amount of pain. Excellent.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND ALISON NOVAK! My wife needed an ultrasound and a mammogram. The mammogram was not covered even though she has an annual preventative care mammogram available. Allison Novak, her provider, ignored her messages for weeks after her appojntment, then went to a thread with another provider to say she hadn't been receiving her messages. When she did finally respond she referred my wife to the accounting department. This is all after she insisted she couldn't see results we already had from another facility. So s... read more
Been going here for years for gyno, pcp, & blood work. Always helpful & work with you. Low wait times for lab work & super helpful when it comes to billing. I’ve had a few issues with PCP doctors & prob wouldn’t recommend, BUT I cannot express enough gratitude, love, and appreciation for the gynecology department!!
Great health center! Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. I had an appointment at 9:30 and I was taken back at 9:25. I was in and out in a very timely manner and the technician was very sweet.
