Terrible customer service. This junk never accept the calls. How could you neglect client as a health care service provider. Run by BS people. Don't ever try service from this company.
My experience with this home care is terrible. Every time we schedule appointment and somehow I have to call them and check if the person is coming. This is the third time and they always have an stupid excuse. If you are running health care, being on time with patient( nurse visits) should be your number 1 priority. I hope you will take this as oppertunity to grow up, not as a complain.
