Love Katie! She is so sassy and always checking in. The staff here, I can say from experience have drastically changed for the better. They are able to relate to clients and meet needs easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get back a FULL 24 HOURS. No more spending your day in your head always trying to "scheme, steal, or scam" your next play! If you or a loved one is in need of treatment, I implore you to consider HCRC only as a last resort. There are much better clinics out there. If you would like my input feel free to message me through FB Messenger. They do not care about you. During my time there I found that patients on Medicaid are treated less than those who pay out of pocket. They have no problem treating you as if you are a child. Totally understaff. Don't know if they are right or left handed. Nurse eats while meeting and dosing with you. Urine test disappears in front of staff and patient is blamed. With coronavirus,take homes stopped because staff didn't update phone numbers and patient blamed after everyone's file was just updated. Now, my daughter has to go everyday because of their inconsistent work values. On n on n on....
The Newington clinic is run very poorly. From the lack of any real counseling to poor attitude of the staff. I was a client and now am drug free and the issues at the clinic was the main reason I got clean and detoxed in six weeks instead of being a slave to their methadone. Go there as a last resort and get out asap. Never Again
