⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Disgusted by the Lack of Compassion! I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by how my special-needs daughter and I were treated at this facility. My daughter has microcephaly and developmental disabilities. She cannot control or hold her bowel movements for long periods of time. We were nearby when she urgently needed to use the restroom, and this was the closest facility we could reach. The staff are wonderful year they really do care about you and seeing you get better and progress in life and get to a better place.
I've got to say I'm a driver that takes people to healthcare centers and resource centers the one in Chicopee is the most words I've ever seen they lock the doors before 5:00 not to mention sometimes I have people that have canes and walkers they'd be going up the ramp and he still has the audacity to lock the door in front of their face with a smile after this comment here I will be calling the administration because something needs to be done.
