Place is going down hill fast.
Horrible clinic. Only care about money. Gossip and talk about patients for fun. They are rude and don't help at all. Not following federal protocol with take-homes. Cousler is not assigned to new patients but they keep taking new patients.
I get this is a for profit business but they made it clear they only care about billing my insurance as much as possible. I was never a human in their eyes just a number and a dollar sign.
This place is awesome. My husband and I used to go to the clinic in Florida and the difference is literally night and day. From the way they do their intake, which in Florida would take up to 8 hours sometimes longer, to the way they treat their patients, by which I mean that they actually care and treat us with respect. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get sober.
Amazing staff, nothing but help all through every process! Even when there was hiccups they did everything in there power to fix it! Much appreciated and all my thanks to HCRC!! ❤️
