They won't fire abusive employees, they talk to the residents with extreme rudeness, never enough staff & relies heavily on agency staff, so a huge lack of consistent care, bullying of the sick & elderly in their care is common, upper management & owner, Steve Boymel seems to operate from a financial perspective only without regard for the true welfare & safety of the residents. HCMG has treated my grandmother with the utmost respect, making her stay away from home - like a true family. The care givers have been very nice and always try to keep up with our requests.
