The staff at this facility are some of the laziest, rude individuals I have EVER come across in any health care setting. While visiting with a resident I had aids refuse to clean a paitent, refuse to cloth, refuse to change dirty bedding and even refuse to give a resident a bed pan so they could relieve themselves. I had talked to other family members and I consistently heard stories of bed soars and rashes due to soiled diapers and improper cleaning resulting in uti and skin issues.
