I have been a patient here for around a couple of years. My experience here has ultimately been very mixed. I will say that every staff member I've worked with, whether practitioner or administration, everyone has been kind to me. I think that the people who work here generally do mean well, which is why I've continued to return up until now. Maybe they have helped others but they went out of their way to make sure I wasn't supported. I (am still) in transition or unhoused (homeless) but while I was seeking mental health due to the stress of leaving an abuser/being homeless/ broken bones: I suffered actual physical health issues- on top of that I was trying to attend a group session in a building that PROMISED to have an elevator but every week I went it was "getting repaired next week".
