Last experience was not great. Waited well over our time. Then once we got in with my step daughter I was constantly told it was only a 10 minute consult & she has other people waiting. A little bit compassion wouldn't have been nice.
I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. My IUD was inserted incorrectly, which caused me severe pain and ongoing discomfort. I returned several times seeking help, but was charged hundreds (eventually thousands) of dollars for follow-up visits — even though the problem was caused by the initial procedure. The pain got worse, and eventually the IUD came out on its own. When I called to ask for an explanation and support, I was charged again just for the phone consultation. Couldn't recommend more. Incredibly friendly receptionist. Jasmine went above and beyond for me today and I am very grateful. Dr Bindusri is also incredibly supportive, warm and friendly. Thank you ladies, definitely will be back ☺️🫶🏼
