Highly recommend Health by Numb3rs! I was seeking something different when I found Annemarie by accident and have not looked back. All sessions are designed for one to push their limits at their pace. Instructions along the way to ensure participants safety and encouragement are freely on offer. Annemarie is a thoughtful and caring fitness instructor. She cares about her clients and strives to create a great environment for each of us to be our best. She offers great variety with her classes and her PT sessions.
I really enjoy both personal training and the classes. Anne-Marie is very welcoming, friendly and understanding of busy women trying to juggle work and family amongst the fitness journey. I highly recommend.
The Yoga classes are great- I found the instructor really knows her stuff and is engaged with all, throughout, to ensure correct technique..
I have tried a few different gyms in the area, however wasn't the right fit for me then I found Health by numbers. Annemarie is a wonderful coach, helps to challenge yourself (only when you are ready), her classes are always different, a small group of friendly welcoming people. I love the classes I have tried on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, my fitness, balance and strength has improved immensely and I have Annemarie to thank for that. Highly recommend
