In 1992 I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, at the age of 28. In 1996/97 my rheumatologist suggested Health Bridges as a preventative measure to combat fusion and curvature. I received the 3 bridges, and now, at 58, I have little kyphosis which I credit to the daily use of my bridge. I did not expect them to sustain the wear and tear of 30 years. They have and I recommend them to many. Thank you, Health Bridges!
