As a new nail tech, I was so stoked to find HBT to be so local - Olena was in touch in lightening fast time letting me know my order was ready. Communication was second to none - and meeting her in person to pick up my order was honestly the best experience in my (VERY) short career so far. She is lovely, knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions I had. I will DEFINITELY be back for more!
