Friendly and professional staff to assist. Doctor listens carefully and prescribes medication and directs for the further treatment.
I saw Dr Gill about 3 weeks ago and he was really good and empathetic. The 1 star review is due to the poor service from the admin staff. I was charged twice for the appointment. Surprisingly, the duplicate charge was made 4 days after the appointment which raises a concern on the safety of my card details. Got a carpark assessment cause my son was quite unwell and the dr was 35 minutes late with no apology and they also charged $75 for the appointment without telling me how much is was going to be and also about the payment. I would find another clinic
