My GP always takes time and is thorough. The wait times are usually reasonable (maybe 20 mins worst case). The more I have gone to the same person the better the experience.
I can highly recommend the GPs here (even though we miss you Dr Chau!) But if I could give seperate ratings for admin staff I would, I’ve experienced dismissive and just rude behaviour. In particular it’s very unprofessional for a senior admin staff to belittle someone who was clearly learning (and in front of patients). It was very uncomfortable to say the least.
