Wrong address. Google led me to the Piedmont Plaza next to the volunteer fire company inc. Did they move? Dunno. It's 10am on a Tuesday and no one is answering the phone. I've got an infected dog bite which isn't severe enough for 911. I've driven 30min just to find nothing. Thanks a lot!
Fannie Utz listened, yes listened , to everything I said. She helped me figure out my best plan of action for what was happening. Polite, smiling, and just plain friendly. Staff was sweet and kind. So glad I found them.
I was happy with the experience of going through the transition from one practice to Jenny’s. They made it easy, she was very personable and genuinely concerned about my health and well being. AND it was easy to get an appointment! It’s definitely a breath of fresh air to have a practice in Madison where the providers and staff are consistent, professional, and most of all, CARE ABOUT YOU.
