This place is absolute crap, the quality of service has severely declined in the last year. The receptionists are not friendly, and their appointment policy is so disappointing. I went in today for consult for what is probably strep, got caught up in a little traffic and was 8 minutes late. 8 freaking minutes. And she told me I had to be rescheduled for an appointment later I'm the day. Meanwhile there is not a single car in the parking lot nor a single person in the waiting room. Oh where to start....first of all if there was an option to not give any stars, that would be my rating. From the beginning of my pregnancy, I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this office. I can't say I had a terrible experience with Dr. C herself, because she's never seen me! I am at the end of my 5th month of pregnancy and have yet to see her! Her staff has never been anything but impatient and rude with me when I call with a problem or question. OMG! Where do I begin? If there were another hospital in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area, I would NEVER step foot in UHC. To name a few incidents, let me start with the emergency room. My 92 year old mother was diagnosed with the flu and sent home. Two hours later, she was back and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I have never had a good experience in the emergency room. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Ruby in Morgantown. After months of complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains, I finally went to Ruby where they referred me to a cardiologist. Most doctors at UHC were rude, but the nurses were nice. The wait time in ER is too long. They also released me while my blood pressure was in hypertensive crisis. No pulmonary tests ordered. You could die if you choose this horrible hospital. Go to Ruby, they know what they are doing.

Office person who makes the appointments consistently sounds like you're annoying her by trying to get an appointment. Dr Aliff has yet to be available for my family's needs when we need to see a doc within a few days (which is always, because that means we are sick... or injured...right?!). Last straw for me yesterday: our kids' back-to-school physicals/immunizations couldn't be booked until September. I said that would be after school starts... Office lady was like, "well that's the soonest we have".

Love Dr. Aliff as a person and she seems like a knowledgable Doctor. But, unlike the previous doctor, she is unavailable to treat people for anything without a... get this... 3 month wait! So, we no longer have a physician serving our families and Concord students for the typical, everyday strep, flu, sports physicals, possible broken bones. I'm so sad about this!
