Parisa was great!
The office staff is friendly, your treatment is always cut short and the billing department is a fraud! Multiple times my insurance was charged for services not received . When calling billing they have the worst attitude, do not allow you to ask your question because immediately cut you off, assume they know what your asking and make excuses as to why you cannot get a statement showing all your payments made. Multiple times i paid my co pays and still billed for them 2-4 weeks later.
BCO health and wellness is and has always been my favorite place to seek treatment. As an athlete, I love I can hop in and find relief with new and progressive types of treatments that benefits my body. Acupuncture was amazing and they listened to how I described my body and what it was needing. Great treatment! Thanks!
I was very surprised when I received great relief from pain from the chiropractor and she did not do what would be the normal neck cracking...
