Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life, unfortunately. My first laser session did not work/the laser was set too low, and despite 3 separate emails, 4 calls, and promises to get calls back, I cannot get a new appointment booked. I'm not even asking for a refund, I literally am just trying to book a new appointment. Incredibly disappointed, especially since the lady performing the laser was so nice during the appointment. Unfortunately, I would stay far away.
2 out of 2 appointments have been changed of mine. The first I've was about 12 hours before my initial appointment telling me that the DR didn't want to come in that so they needed to move my appointment to the following day. Funny thing is when I went when they wanted to move me to I never even saw a Dr!!! So then I decided I'd give them another chance and my IV went okay so I moved one for the following week and again now I was called and told that they need to move my appointment bc of a death in the family. Had my first laser hair removal for full legs completed by Devon. She was absolutely amazing, very thorough and I would recommend her to anyone. Gentle Max pro laser and service was fantastic.

The provider Devon is great - very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and she is good at customer service making sure her clients are happy with their services.
