Noah is a very good massage therapist. Here's why: 1. He listens to where you need help with your body. 2. He tries to identify the main problem. 3. He explains what he thinks is happening. 4. He addresses the problem in several ways. In addition to the massage, Noah provided instruction on exercises to do to help the problem on a regular basis. Noah is the best massage therapist I have found in the KC metro area. I can't recommend him enough. He always goes above and beyond by educating me with different stretches I can do to help relieve my pain
