I have been getting the run around from NC Track for a total of four months. I have countless ticket numbers and still no resolutions. I have paid the fee for the state and each application fee of $100.00 per your requirements. The customer services team that this department has in place is only their collecting a paycheck because clearly, they do not know how to resolve a problem.
