Soren you are no less than an angel. So caring and making every client of yours smile after giving a hearing aid. Your staff is humble and very loving and warm on phone or in person. I am also spreading my great experience word to mouth as I sincerely wish that the ageing population of Brissy gets on to your comfortable locations for better hearing. Excellent after sales support. Friendly service and showed real concern for ensuring my satisfaction.
Terrible service experienced. Advised them exactly which aids I have, and asked whether they can be adjusted, before making an appointment. Was told there would be no problems. Had to wait 2wks for an appointment, which was then booked for a completely different time to that agreed over the phone. Arrived there only to be told by the audiologist that he was unwilling to make any adjustments to my aids, as it would require loading an older program onto his computer. Would not recommend to anyone.
