I recently tried a lymphatic massage here at Health and Healing Massage Spa, and it was an absolutely rejuvenating experience! My therapist Lucy was highly skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. During this session, when it came time for me to turn over, my sciatic nerve pain began to flair up. We cannot recommend Health and Healing Massage enough! Just went in for a couples massage with my husband for date night, and I’m pretty sure we levitated to heaven. Our backs have never felt better!

The room was very clean and the staff was exceptional. We had a couples massage and it was amazing! I would definitely return and recommend them to friends.
Very professional and the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been 4 times now and cannot figure out which one was better than the last.
