Alessio Scollo was pleasant and efficient.
I just want to put a word in about Alessio. I had a somewhat painful and uncomfortable procedure done over two sessions and Alessio was my hygenist. He was very patient and insightful about what was going on with me during the procedure. While I am certain he did a great job (my teeth feel great!) his demeanor and sensitivity around my experience made all the difference between what could have been just another painful experience at the dentist and an experience that left me feeling like a 'successful' patient.
I am so blessed to have a group of dental professionals who are so compassionate and caring. Thank you for all you do to make my dental experiences good.
I have been going to Dr. Infantino for many many years. He is one to trust and do EXCELLENT work. He never does work that would not be of benefit and he is always right on target as to the problem and how to fix it. I would not go to anyone else. My teeth are cleaned by Mary Ann and she is EXCELLENT. She was out nursing her new knee yesterday and Claudia filled in for her. She did a wonderful job and it makes me feel good when PHS has a staff that can "fill in" for each other and make one feel safe and secure. Wanda Ward
The staff are the best. I particularly enjoy my time with Claudia. She's smart,funny and professional and I enjoy the hour with her. Next to Dr. Gugino, Dr. Infantino is the best. I'm not sure that "enjoy" and "dentist" goes together, but there you have it.
Excellent combination of professional and relaxed atmosphere. Scheduled appointment time always adhered to. All personnel demonstrate a high level of expertise.
From my perspective, Claudia was able to provide one of my best ever experiences with a hygienist, including complete, quality care plus excellent feedback on how to improve my personal dental maintenance!
I had my first surgical vist with Dr. Infantino. Although this was lengthy and involved; Dr. Infantino was very gentle, kind, and patient. The assistants and other staff were friendly and concerned for my well-being. Even though it was more than I bargained for, I am (for the 1st time ever) not feeling apprehensive going to a dentist.
Always professional and pleasant. Staff is attentive and informed.
