Listen to me. I deal with insurance for a living getting cancer treatments covered for patients. Your life will be a living hell if you choose hap for your family member. 99.9% of insurances cover self injecting filgrastims and pegfilgrastims at home for count recovery post chemotherapy. Hap is the only insurance in Michigan that bills it as a buy and bill which means you will have to go into the office every day to get the injection. I cannot stress how much you should not use this insurance company.
Do Not Chose this provider. I’ve learned the hard way. Their customer service is Horrible and i do not recommend. You will regret if you call them. Get Help and chose someone else. Health Alliance Sucks big time
