I wish I could give less than one star. AVOID AT ALL COST. I needed health insurance because I started my own business. I bought a Bronze plan from their website. I paid $450 for the first month and then promptly canceled my account without notice, which I've filed a complaint with DIFS. Every call to customer service went to outsourced reps who don't speak English at all. They don't understand what your are saying, they don't have any idea what they are doing.
