Absolute worst insurance ever in my life. I have retina tears and detachment and the surgeries are LIFE SAVING AND PREVENT BLINDNESS. Yet, they don't cover all of it. Total crap.
If you previously had shady employers and you got let go & think your plan is still active think again. HAP is the only insuracce plan that I know of that can back date coverage per the employers request, so you will be left with bills even if one of the nice people on the phone say you are covered. That's literately so wild to me. 10/10 will never use or pay into HAP again.
HAP canceled my insurance without reason or notice… Keveon was very rude on the phone call.
HAP is a joke of an insurance company. The people are rude and not helpful when you have questions, they do not want to cover anything and if i didnt have to have this insurance i wouldnt. If i could give 0 stars i would.
